This is an opportunity to take a substantial private residence through its internal fit-out and finishing stages, with further projects offering long-term continuity. The Role You will take responsibility for the day-to-day running of a complex, super prime new build residence in West Sussex. The project is approaching the end of first fix, with plastering due to commence shortly. With a range of high-end finishes and specialist joinery throughout, the role requires a Site Manager who understands the sequencing, coordination and attention to detail needed to deliver an exceptional finished home. You will: Manage all on-site activity, taking the project through plastering, second fix, finishes and handover Coordinate subcontractors, specialist trades and suppliers to maintain a clear, achievable programme Plan trade sequencing and deliveries to prevent delays and protect completed work Maintain excellent workmanship across specialist joinery, architectural details and high-end finishes ..... full job details .....
