Site Manager - Liss

Our client is seeking a Site Manager to join a permanent water infrastructure role in Liss. This opportunity involves overseeing site operations, coordinating construction activities and ensuring that projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.Key Responsibilities:Managing day-to-day site operations across water sector projectsCoordinating site teams, subcontractors and suppliers to support smooth project deliveryEnsuring all work is carried out in accordance with approved designs, programmes and specificationsMaintaining high standards of health, safety, quality and environmental complianceMonitoring progress, productivity and resource requirements on siteWorking closely with project managers, engineers and client representativesIdentifying and resolving site issues, risks and delays promptlyCompleting site records, reports and relevant project documentationJob Requirements:Experience working as a Site Manager within the water, utilities or civil engineering sectorStrong understanding of construction site management and project deliveryKnowledge of health and safety, quality assurance and environmental requirementsAbility to coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site-based teams effectivelyStrong organisational, communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to interpret construction drawings, specifications and project programmesRelevant site management qualifications, such as SMSTS, and appropriate health and safety ..... full job details .....
