Site Manager

Are you an experienced Site Manager with a proven background delivering high-end retail fit out projects?

I''m working with a well-established nationwide contractor that has an exciting pipeline of projects across the UK. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to oversee fast-paced retail refurbishment and fit out schemes.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing projects from site set-up through to handover, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day site operations.
• Coordinating subcontractors, trades, and suppliers.
• Ensuring projects are delivered to programme and budget.
• Maintaining high standards of health & safety.
• Conducting site meetings and reporting progress to the Contracts Manager.
• Managing quality control and snagging through to completion.
• Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders on site.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Manager within the retail fit out sector.
• Experience delivering fast-track refurbishment and fit out projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Willingness to travel and stay away when required.
