Site Manager - School Construction ProjectLocation: LeicesterStart Date: ASAP, 24/08/2026We are currently seeking an experienced and proactive Site Manager to join our team on a school construction project.This is an excellent opportunity for a capable Site Manager with experience working in live education environments, who can manage the day-to-day delivery of the project while maintaining the highest standards of health, safety, quality and professionalism.The RoleThe Site Manager will take overall responsibility for the daily management of the construction site, coordinating subcontractors, trades and deliveries while ensuring the works remain on programme and are delivered to the required specification.As the project is within a school environment, the successful candidate must be comfortable working around staff, pupils and members of the public and understand the additional safety, safeguarding and logistical requirements this brings.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the day-to-day running of the construction site.Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, trades and site operatives.Ensure all works are carried out safely and in accordance with RAMS and company procedures.Maintain strict site security and safe segregation between construction activities and school operations.Coordinate deliveries, access, plant, materials and labour.Monitor progress against the construction programme.Liaise closely with the Project Manager, client, school representatives, consultants and ..... full job details .....
