Site Manager

Are you an experienced Site Manager with a proven background delivering high-end retail fit out projects? I''m working with a well-established nationwide contractor that has an exciting pipeline of projects across the UK. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to oversee fast-paced retail refurbishment and fit out schemes. The Role You will be responsible for managing projects from site set-up through to handover, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities Managing day-to-day site operations. Coordinating subcontractors, trades, and suppliers. Ensuring projects are delivered to programme and budget. Maintaining high standards of health and safety. Conducting site meetings and reporting progress to the Contracts Manager. Managing quality control and snagging through to completion. Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders on site. Requirements Proven experience as a Site Manager within the retail fit out sector. Experience delivering fast-track refurbishment and fit out projects. Strong leadership and communication skills. SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates.
