Site Manager Location: HornseaStart Date: ASAPPay Rate: 28.54 per hour (Umbrella) 21.62 per hour (PAYE)Contract Type: Temporary / ContractAbout the RoleWe are currently recruiting an experienced and driven Site Manager to oversee a new build residential development in Hornsea.As Site Manager, you will be responsible for leading day-to-day site operations, managing subcontractors, ensuring works progress safely on schedule, and maintaining the highest standards of build quality.Key ResponsibilitiesManage all daily on-site activities to ensure smooth progress and handover deadlines are met.Coordinate, supervise, and direct direct labour and specialist subcontractors.Enforce rigorous health and safety standards on site at all times.Carry out quality inspections and snagging throughout the build stages.Ensure accurate site inductions, tool-box talks, and required site documentation are completed.Liaise effectively with project stakeholders, clients, and NHBC/building control inspectors.Candidate RequirementsProven track record: Demonstrable experience working as a Site Manager on new build housing schemes.Certifications (Mandatory):SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)CSCS Card (Black Manager or White Academically/Professionally Qualified)First Aid at Work (valid certification)Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Up-to-date knowledge of current UK building regulations and health and safety standards.How to ApplyIf you have the required tickets, ..... full job details .....
