This opportunity would suit a hands on Site Manager who takes pride in delivering quality projects, leading site teams and maintaining high standards of safety and performance. Key Responsibilities Manage the day to day delivery of civil engineering and highways projects, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme and within budget. Coordinate site operatives, subcontractors, plant and materials. Plan and organise daily and weekly construction activities. Monitor site progress, productivity and quality standards. Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation, RAMS and site procedures. Conduct site inspections, toolbox talks and safety briefings. Maintain accurate site diaries, quality records and project documentation. Monitor labour, plant and material requirements to ensure efficient project delivery.
