Summary We are seeking a Site Manager to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role involves overseeing the construction and fit-out of a production facility for fresh produce, that meet our high standards of quality and safety. As a Site Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our projects align with Oakley''s mission of excellence and reliability. This is a PAYE fixed-term contract for the duration of the project, est. 5-months. Candidate must be able to commute to site daily. Responsibilities Oversee one construction project and ensure that completed work meets the standards and quality required whilst following a project critical path and schedule requirements. On-site ownership of projects from acceptance of quote through to completion. On-site management of sub-contractors. Enforcing on-site Health and Safety Management, completing on-site work permits. Making sure everyone onsite is wearing PPE. Update the Construction Phase Plan (CPP) and Project Risk Assessment (inc. fire). Ensure work is completed in a timely manner.
