Assistant Site Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager for a long-term temporary position on a residential development in Wrexham with a reputable housebuilder.The successful candidate will have proven experience within volume housebuilding, with timber frame experience being essential. You will support the Site Manager with the day-to-day running of the development, ensuring homes are constructed safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesSupporting the Site Manager with the day-to-day management of the developmentSupervising and coordinating subcontractors and site operativesMonitoring build progress and ensuring programmes are maintainedEnsuring works are completed safely and to the required quality standardsManaging site health and safety requirements and complianceLiaising with subcontractors, trades and the wider site teamCarrying out quality inspections and assisting with snaggingEnsuring company procedures, specifications and build standards are followed RequirementsProven Assistant Site Manager experience within volume housebuildingTimber frame experience - essentialRecent experience in a similar residential housebuilding positionRecent, verifiable references from a similar role within housebuildingValid CSCS card - essentialFirst Aid - essentialSMSTS - SSSTS may be consideredStrong knowledge of residential construction and build sequencingGood communication, organisational and leadership skillsReliable, professional and ..... full job details .....
