Site Manager

My client is looking for additional site managers for various jobs on residential sites and HMOs across Gateshead, South Shields and Darlington these will be ongoing roles with the veiw to be taken on long term if both parties agree you will be resposible for: • Oversee daily site operations and ensure smooth execution • Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site workforce. • Develop and maintain project schedules and ensure adherence to deadlines. • Conduct regular progress meetings and report updates to the contract manager • Ensure a safe working environment and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations. • Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments. • Serve as the main point of contact for clients on-site. • Address and resolve any site issues promptly to maintain positive client relationships.
