Freelance Site Manager Residential Apartments and Town Houses Location: Newcastle-Under-Lyme Position: Freelance Site Manager Start: Immediate Duration: Until completion, circa 12 months The Opportunity Linear Recruitment are seeking an experienced and driven temporary Site Manager to assist in the delivery of a high-quality, 175-home residential development comprising a mix of apartments and town houses. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated construction professional to take a key role in the successful delivery of a substantial residential scheme, overseeing site operations from construction through to completion and handover. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of quality, health and safety, programme delivery and site management throughout the development. Working closely with the Project Manager, subcontractors, consultants and the wider site team, you will ensure the project is delivered safely, efficiently and in line with agreed specifications, timescales and budgets. Key Responsibilities Site Management: Take day-to-day responsibility for the safe and efficient running of the site, coordinating all construction activities across the apartment blocks and town house plots.
