Site Manager - New Build Construction

Are you an experienced Site Manager with a background of successfuly delivering projects across a variety of construction sectors including;-Eduaction, Commercial, Multi-Room, MOJ, MOD & Residential?

Approach Personnel are proud to be partnered with a-historic and industry leading Tier 1 Main Contractor, who are currently on the look out for an experienced Site Manager to join them on a permanent basis, delivering residential and commercial projects upto -5m in value. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all works taking place on site, ensuring projects are being delivered to budget, deadlines and upholding quality standards.-

What are we looking for?

• Prior, proven experience delivering projects as a Site Manager within the Residential or-Commercial new build sectors.
• NVQ Level-6 in Construction Management-
• Full UK driving licence-
• Excellent communication,-leadership and teamwork skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with your Assistant Site Manager to ensure the smooth success of the projects you work on, upholding quality and intergity, whilst working to budget and deadlines.
• Oversee all Health & Safety on site, ensuring compliance in line with specifications and company policies.
• Identify issues proactively, maintain confidentiality, and represent the businesses best interests.
• Form reports and project progress documents to the Project Manager / Contracts Manager.
• Conduct tool box talks and manage trades & sub-contractors.
• Work with the commercial team, to maintain clarity of project changes and feedback.
