Site Manager

Our client is a tier one main contractor, who specialise in large complex cut and carve fit outs. 

We are assisting them in their search for a Site Manager to oversee the cores on level 5 & 6 along with the washrooms on a £250m CAT A office fit-out, based in Holland Park. 

This is one of many major projects being developed by the business, offering the successful candidate the opportunity to join a contractor with a strong pipeline of secured work.

To be considered for this role, you must hold a valid CSCS card, SMSTS, and a First Aid qualification, whilst also having previous experience working on CAT A commercial fit outs with a value of over £30m.
