Senior Site Manager

Our client, a well-established Tier 2 main contractor, is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Site Manager to lead the delivery of a major high-rise mixed-use development. The project will involve complex construction, multiple work packages and a high level of coordination across the site.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record delivering high-rise, residential or mixed-use schemes with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor. You will be responsible for managing site operations, subcontractors, programme, quality, health & safety and day-to-day delivery.

This is a great opportunity for a Senior Site Manager with strong leadership skills and demonstrable experience on similar large-scale projects to join an established contractor and play a key role in delivering a major London development.
