Site Manager

Our client is a well-established main contractor, renowned for delivering CAT A office fit-out projects.

We are assisting them in their search for a Site Manager to push the cores and washrooms on a £250m CAT A office fit-out, based in Kensington. Cut and carve experience is required.

This is one of many major projects being developed by the business, offering the successful candidate the opportunity to join a contractor with a strong pipeline of secured work.

The successful candidate for this role will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the project from inception to completion. You must ensure health and safety compliance, as well as coordinating subcontractors and trades and maintaining programme and quality standards.

To be considered for this role, you must hold a valid CSCS card, SMSTS, and a First Aid qualification, whilst also having previous experience delivering CAT A office fit-out projects with cut and carve elements for a main contractor.
