-24.35 per hour - -30.00 per hour - This role falls inside of IR35 and will be paid as PAYE.

Linsco Recruitment requires a Site Manager to work on a busy housing development in Beverley, HU17.

Role Responsibilities:

• Managing the day-to-day operations of the housing development
• Supervising subcontractors and site personnel
• Ensuring works are completed safely, on schedule and to a high standard
• Coordinating trades and managing site activities
• Carrying out regular site inspections and ensuring health & safety procedures are followed
• Maintaining site records, paperwork and reporting progress
• Liaising with the Project Manager, subcontractors and other site personnel
• Ensuring quality standards and project specifications are met

Requirements:

• Valid Black OR white CSCS Card - essential
• Valid First Aid certificate - essential
• Proven experience as a Site Manager on housing/residential projects
• Strong knowledge of construction health & safety regulations
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to manage subcontractors and multiple trades effectively
• Previous experience working on busy construction sites
• Full PPE
• Ability to start immediately
