Site Manager

Our client, a highly respected national housebuilder, is seeking a confident, driven and organised individual to join the team and run a phase on a large multi-phase residential development near Oxford. The chosen candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a construction site, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Overall site management and delivery of the residential development Managing build programs and all daily site activities Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams Ensuring health and safety compliance at all stages Quality control and customer satisfaction Must haves: A proven track record of running a similar residential site.
