Each role will be site-based, with responsibility for managing kitchen and bathroom replacement programmes from start to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Site Management and DeliveryTake full responsibility for the day-to-day management of a designated siteOversee kitchen and bathroom replacement works in line with programme requirementsManage subcontractors, trades, and direct labour on siteEnsure works are delivered to specification and within agreed timelinesHealth and SafetyEnforce strict adherence to Health and Safety regulations and company proceduresCarry out site inductions, toolbox talks, and ensure RAMS are followedMaintain a safe working environment, particularly within occupied homesQuality ControlConduct regular site inspections to ensure high standards of workmanshipManage snagging and ensure timely completion of defectsEnsure compliance with client and contract ..... full job details .....
