Senior Site Manager – Central London

Project: £50M Residential Development
Salary: £75,000 per annum

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Site Manager to join a major £50 million residential construction project in Central London. This role is ideal for a strong, hands-on construction professional with a proven track record of delivering high-quality residential schemes.

About the Role
You will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Working closely with project leadership and subcontractors, you will play a key role in driving site progress and maintaining performance.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily site operations and coordinate subcontractors
Ensure works are delivered in line with programme and specifications
Maintain strict health & safety compliance across site activities
Monitor quality control and ensure high standards of workmanship
Coordinate site logistics and sequencing of works
Lead site meetings and report progress to senior management
Resolve on-site issues efficiently to maintain programme delivery
Maintain accurate site records and reporting documentation

Requirements

Proven experience as a Site Manager or Senior Site Manager on residential projects
Strong track record of delivering large-scale construction projects
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Strong understanding of health & safety regulations and site compliance
Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and site teams
Relevant construction qualification (SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid preferred)
