Key Recruitment have a new opportunity for a hands-on Site Manager to join a well-established furniture and equipment clearance and storage business based in Portsmouth.£35k-£40k37.5hrs per week - flexibility requiredThis role involves frequent travel across the UK, managing day-to-day site operations and ensuring safe, high-quality project delivery.Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate teams on-site for removal, clearance, and installation projectsProvide line management to site operatives, including task assignment, monitoring, mentoring, and performance reviewsPut together and roll-out schedules based on workloadEnsure that projects are completed, safely, to timescale and to specificationWhat you\''ll need

Full UK drivers\'' licence (no more than 6 points)CSCS card and SSSTS/SMSTS (preferred or willingness to train)Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasksTo be a confident communicator with strong leadership and organisational skillsExperience with office fit-out and modular furniture systems (desks, storage, partitions) would be beneficial but not essential.What else is on offer
