Due to ongoing growth, they are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a live new build housing development in Burneside, Kendal.Your new role As Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of a live housing development, ensuring homes are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest standards of quality.Key duties will include:Managing all site operations from groundwork through to handoverCoordinating subcontractors and site labourEnsuring health and safety compliance across the developmentMonitoring programme and maintaining build schedulesConducting quality inspections and managing snagging processesLiaising with customers, suppliers and internal project teamsProducing site reports and attending progress meetingsWhat you''ll need to succeed Proven experience managing new build housing developmentsValid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificatesStrong knowledge of NHBC standards and housebuilding processesExcellent communication and leadership skillsAbility to manage programme, quality and health and safety simultaneouslyFull UK driving licenceWhat you''ll get in return Competitive freelance day rateLong-term contract opportunityImmediate start availableSupport from an established and growing regional developerOpportunity to deliver a quality residential scheme ..... full job details .....
