Site Manager

Overview The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operation of mechanical and electrical installation projects, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. This role combines site management, health and safety, quality assurance, client liaison, planning, and project engineering responsibilities across water and wastewater infrastructure projects. Working closely with Project Managers, Engineers, Designers, Clients, and Subcontractors, you will play a key role in delivering projects safely, on programme, within budget, and in accordance with company procedures and client specifications. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities within a fast-paced construction environment. Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day delivery of mechanical and electrical installation projects on site. Ensure all works are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company procedures and client specifications. Coordinate site activities, labour, subcontractors, plant, materials, and project documentation. Maintain high standards of health, safety, environmental compliance, and quality throughout project delivery. Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal departments to ensure projects are delivered on programme and within budget.
