Site Manager

We are working with a specialist construction, refurbishment, and fit-out contractor, who is looking for a Site Manager for projects in the East of Scotland Region. This role will begin in January, with recruitment currently underway.Our client is known for delivering high-quality, cost-effective solutions and building long-term client relationships. Your responsibilities include:Managing subcontractors and in-house tradesOverseeing RAMS and conducting health and safety auditsEnsuring timely, budget-conscious project completionConducting site inductions, tool box talks, and safety reviewsPreparing weekly progress reports for stakeholdersLeading weekly subcontractor meetings to address project progress and mitigate delaysRequirementsProven experience within a similar roleStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsFull UK driver’s licenseValid SMSTS, Black CSCS card, and First Aid certificateJames Gray Recruitment is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
