Daniel Owen are looking for a Senior Site Manager/Project Manager for a 10 week refurbishment project in Edinburgh.Project scope

Removal of partition walls and glazingReplacement of the existing heating and chilled water system with VRFRemoval of partition walls and glazingInstallation of new lighting throughoutStart date and duration

Start Date: Week commencing 22nd or 29th September – TBCProgramme: 8-10 weeksThe Role

We\''re seeking an experienced Site-Based Project Manager to oversee this project from start to finish. You\''ll be responsible for managing daily site operations, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring health and safety compliance, and keeping the programme on track. You\''ll also act as the key point of contact for the client team, ensuring smooth delivery throughout.Responsibilities
