Site Manager Housing

My client is an award winning privately owned residential developer who are looking to recruit an experienced Site Manager for an exciting scheme of over 200 new build homes in Yeovil.

In the role you will be responsible for ensuring company health, safety and quality procedures are adhered to on site, managing the various subcontractors involved on the project.- Applicants will require experience of working on new build residential schemes, liaising with the NHBC and must be capable of running the site as a stand-alone manager, capable of making decisions.

It is important that you possess good communication and man management skills and the ability to work towards targets.
