Location: Yeovil, BA20 

Pay Rate: £300 per day

Hours: 7:00am - 4:00pm

Duration: 11 months

Start Date: ASAP

Expected Finish: July 2027

The Role

We are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to join a major new-build and refurbishment project of a public sector building. 

The company has already been on site for approximately 8 months and is now progressing onto the next phase of the works.

This is a long-term opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure the project is delivered safely, efficiently and to programme.

Scope of Works

The project includes:

• New-build and refurbishment works
• Groundworks
• Foundations
• Steel frame
• M&E works
• Flat roof replacement
• General site management and coordination

Required Tickets & Qualifications

Candidates must hold:

• SMSTS
• Black CSCS Card
• Fire Warden
• Asbestos Awareness
• First Aid
• Temporary Works qualification/experience

Previous experience managing new-build and refurbishment projects is highly desirable.

Interview & Start

Interviews are available ASAP via Microsoft Teams, with the Director and Assistant Project Manager.

The successful candidate will be required to start ASAP.
