Site Manager - Housing

Albion Search are currently looking for a Site Manager with experience in residential house building, for a 3 month placement in Hull.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing on developments of high quality houses and will have experience dealing with the NHBC.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage the build programme
• Ensure CML''s are achieved
• Manage trades & sub-contractors
• Senior Management updates
• Progress reports
• H&S
• RAMS
• Inductions

You must have a valid and in date SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS Card, along with proven Site Management experience within the residential house building sector.
