Pay: £270.00-£280.00 per day Job description: Job Title: Site Manager Location: Sainsbury Way, Hessle, HU13 9NS Start Date: 05/10/2025 Duration: 5 weeks Key Requirement CSCS Card: Only candidates with proven experience working on similar retail stores will be considered. Certifications Required: SMSTS CSCS Card BLACK Asbestos Awareness Fire Marshall First Aid About You: You ve successfully delivered refurb projects in a live Sainsburys or retail store environment. You re used to tight deadlines and quick turnarounds. You re reliable, assertive, and confident managing subcontractors. Responsibilities Oversee daily site operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards, including Asbestos Awareness and CSCS requirements. Manage and supervise site staff, providing guidance and support to enhance team performance. Utilize Primavera P6 for project scheduling and resource allocation. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met efficiently.
