We are working with a South and West London focused Private Residential Property and Maintenance business. Established for over 8 years with a strong local reputation, they cover a range of work from Private Residential Refurb on High End properties to Redec''s and Small Works/Maintenance.Their business is established on quality work, repeat business and recommendations, so being professional, well-presented and client focused is key.You will have a trade background or a multi trade knowledge, able to manage up to 2x £100K refurbs and take a hands-on role when required. This role offers a great opportunity to join a small team, work with the two proactive Directors. They are looking to bring new talent into the team and support your progression in their business.You will: Assist in the day-to-day management and coordination of up to 2x £100k construction projects. Liaise effectively with Directors, clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams. Support project planning, programming, and resource allocation to ensure works are delivered on time and within budget. Monitor progress on site and report regularly to senior management. Coordinate access arrangements, key collections, material deliveries, and site logistics. Lead and supervise site operatives and subcontractors, ensuring works are completed safely and to the required quality standards.
