Site Manager - BouremouthLocation: Ringwood Project: 100+ Unit Traditional-Build Residential DevelopmentSalary: 60,000 to 70,000Hays Construction are currently working with an established, privately owned regional housebuilder with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality homes across Hampshire, Dorset and Wiltshire.The business delivers a varied portfolio of residential projects, ranging from bespoke one-off homes through to small and medium-sized developments. They take a considered approach to each development, focusing on build quality, well-designed homes and creating schemes that complement their surrounding areas.Due to continued growth and a number of internal promotions, they are now looking to recruit an experienced Lead Site Manager to take responsibility for a new residential development in Ringwood.The Developmenthe project will deliver more than 100 traditionally built homes, comprising a mixture of two, three and four-bedroom properties.The overall development is split across four phases, with multiple groundwork and structural packages forming part of the wider programme. The project will require careful coordination between each package, ensuring the groundworks, structures and follow-on trades are correctly sequenced and delivered in line with the build programme.
