Site Manager Housing

FBR Recruitment are recruiting for a Site Manager for a private house builder with a site in Hampshire.-

The Site Manager will oversee day-to-day operations on a residential construction site-in Hampshire, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating site activities, managing subcontractors and resources, monitoring progress, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The role also involves maintaining site records, liaising with customers and internal teams, and supporting a smooth handover process to uphold-high standards of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing residential construction sites.
• Strong knowledge of construction, building regulations, health and safety, and quality standards.
• Excellent leadership, organisational and time-management skills.
• Effective communication skills with teams, contractors, suppliers and customers.
• Confident using IT systems for site management and reporting.
• Relevant qualifications and certifications (CSCS &-SMSTS) desirable.
• Experience in residential housebuilding and delivering high-quality homes.
