The primary duties of the Site Manager in Oxfordshire include: Collaborate with Building Projects and Contracts Managers to plan resource requirements well in advance to ensure efficient purchasing and sub-letting With the Contracts Manager produce a target programme, preliminary and plant schedule. Co-ordinate staff, sub-contractors, material suppliers and others on site to ensure an efficient method of build to the required quality and programme. Schedule work to be carried out to ensure budget and production targets are achieved and high quality of product is maintained. Ensuring that all work is undertaken in accordance with all appropriate health and safety legislation, codes of practice and ISO45001 safety system.
