Role: Site Manager Contract Cleaning Salary: £45-50k plus benefits Job Status: Full Time/ Permanent Location: South London Vacancy Reference: VR/05466 Role Description: We are recruiting on behalf of a client for an experienced Account Manager to oversee the delivery of cleaning and associated services at a site in South London. This is a fully site-based role with responsibility for maintaining high service standards, leading and developing the operational team, and ensuring compliance across the contract. The successful candidate will provide day-to-day leadership to cleaning and support colleagues, ensuring services are delivered safely, efficiently and consistently. Working closely with key stakeholders and wider facilities teams, you will help maintain a professional, well-managed environment while supporting the continued development of the operation. Our client is seeking someone with a strong operational background in commercial cleaning, soft facilities management or a similar service-led environment, with the ability to lead teams, manage service delivery and build effective working relationships.
