6 Month Contract – Umbrella - £450 to £550 a day

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Fit-Out Site Manager, preferably with Steel Frames experience, to oversee the internal construction and fit-out of a new station building as part of a major £6 million redevelopment project at Witham Station in Essex.

The project is for 18 months, so the contract will likely be extended. The project includes the construction of a new station building, a new forecourt and car park, new ticket office, a station rewire, as well as associated civils works.

The successful candidate will have previous experience working Steel Frame projects, preferably experienced of Station Redevelopments, for Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractors and will be confident managing operational teams within busy project environments.

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and collaborative Site Manager looking for a long-term contract. Site hours are 7.30am to 5pm, with occasional nights / weekend work.

You are required to hold;

• Valid CSCS
• Valid SMSTS
• PTS
