Site Manager - EssexExternal Planned Maintenance - Social HousingUp to £240 per day (Temporary Contract) Our Client, a construction contractor are currently looking for a Site Manager to join their planned works division. This project is working on a high rise and sctattered properties in Essex. On a day to day basis, you will act as an integral part of the operational team and carry out the following duties:Management of sub-contractors and direct operativesLead the site team to the best of your abilityManage delivery of works to specificationHave several direct reports to manage including RLO''s and office staffPre and post inspections of worksHealth and safety and quality checks My client are looking for someone with strong communication skills and a proven track record managing and delivering planned maintenance projects. A valid SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS, and Asbestos Awareness are required. This is a temporary position which will offer development for the successful candidate.
