The company specialise in the delivery of drylining, joinery and fire protection services within the NHS and Commercial sectors. The comapny are seeking a Site Manager to join them on a permanent basis. Initially you will be working on a scheme in Halifax, which is the internal refurbishment of two wards within a live hospital environment.You will be reporting into a Contracts Manager and your responsibilities will include:The smooth operational, ensuring the programme of works is completed within correct timescales and budget.Ensuring health and safety is maintained and creating a positive attitude towards HandS throughout the team.Monitoring the quality of workLiaising with the clientProgramming worksOrdering materialsWorking closely with the Tenant Liaison Officer and ensuring tenant satisfaction is maintainedExperience needed:SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid are required ticketsYou must be able to demonstrate a stable and progressive career history on your CVThe salary on offer is 45-50k(depending on experience) plus 5k car allowance and other benefitsIf ..... full job details .....
