Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, they are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join their team. The Role They are seeking a proactive and experienced Site Manager to oversee a construction project in Otley. You will be responsible for managing project delivery from construction phase through to completion and handover, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard. This role requires excellent organisational and communication skills, strong health and safety awareness, and the ability to build positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. Typical site operating hours are 8:00am 4:30pm, although flexibility may occasionally be required to meet project demands.
