Site Manager

We are currently recruiting for a Site Manager to join a reputable Design & Build contractor on a 6-month CAT B office fit out project in Greenwich. This Site Manager role offers the opportunity to take ownership of a fast-paced, high-quality commercial fit out, working closely with both construction and design teams to deliver a premium workspace.

About the role of Site Manager
As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a CAT B office fit out project in Greenwich, ensuring works are delivered on programme and to a high standard. Working for a Design & Build contractor, you will coordinate subcontractors, liaise with design teams, and ensure smooth delivery across all phases of the project.

Responsibilities for Site Manager
* Manage day-to-day site operations on a CAT B office fit out project
* Coordinate subcontractors and ensure works are delivered to programme
* Work closely with design and project teams to ensure smooth delivery
* Maintain health & safety standards across site
* Monitor quality and ensure works meet project specifications

Requirements for Site Manager
* Proven experience as a Site Manager on CAT B office fit out projects
* Experience working with Design & Build contractors
* Strong understanding of construction sequencing and finishes
* CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid at work
