Site Manager Facade

One of the fastest growing facade contractors is looking for a facade site manager, for a new project in Manchester City Centre.

The job is working alongside the main contractor on a student accommodation which includes-1200 units, -120m new build in Manchester city centre. The project will consist of multiple RC frame blocks and be a flagship development in Manchester.-

As a facade site manager you will be number two on site, managing the day to day running on site for the facade contractor while reporting into a project manager. The package is maybe up of brick slip aluminium panels.-

The contractor is becoming a great name within the industry, winning repeat work with clients while also bringing new clients on board. They have schemes across the UK and have a healthy pipeline of work.-

To be considered for the facade site manager role you must have experience working with similar subcontractors on similar projects. You must have experience working on brick slip aluminium panels.-
