Our client is looking for an experienced Site Manager to join a new build housing project in Beverley.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.

Requirements:

• Valid SMSTS

• First Aid qualification

• Valid Black or White CSCS Card

• Proven experience as a Site Manager, ideally within new build housing

• Must be hands-on and willing to get involved on site

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• Good understanding of health and safety and site procedures
