Site Manager - Social Housing RetrofitLocation: Rickmansworth/Watford, covering sites across Harrow, High Wycombe, Chelmsford and surrounding areasContract: Fixed-term contract until March 2027Hours: Monday to Friday, 39 hours per weekSalary: Competitive salary plus car allowance or company vehicleOur client is looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee multiple social housing retrofit and planned refurbishment projects across the South East.You will manage site teams and subcontractors, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards. Projects will include solar installations, loft insulation, ventilation measures, windows and doors.Key responsibilities:Managing multiple live sites, trades and subcontractorsCoordinating programmes, resources and project documentationEnsuring compliance with health and safety requirementsCollating evidence and documentation in line with SHDF requirementsMonitoring budgets, progress, quality and deadlinesBuilding positive relationships with clients and residentsThe successful candidate will have:Site management experience within social housing or occupied propertiesExperience delivering planned refurbishment or retrofit worksKnowledge of insulation, ventilation, solar, windows or doorsSMSTS or a relevant construction NVQThree-day First Aid certificateA full UK driving licenceGood IT and Microsoft Office skillsThe ability to pass a DBS checkBenefits include:27 days'' holiday plus bank ..... full job details .....
