Site Manager

Site Manager required for an approx. 09/11/26 start in Northampton/NN1 - 8 week''s work.

Scope of works is refurbishment of a government building in the area - this will be the second phase of an ongoing project and will involve internal refurbishments.
You will be working for the main contractor on the project, managing subcontractors and looking after compliance/health & safety.

Applicants should have refurbishment experience on both internals and externals.
You will also need ALL of the following tickets:

-SMSTS
-CSCS Black Card
-First Aid
-Fire Marshall
-Asbestos Awareness
-Scaffold Inspection/Awareness
-PASMA
-IPAF
-Working at Heights
-Manual Handling

Day rate payable via CIS
