Site Manager (No.1)

Company: Reputable Housebuilder – Newly Launched Division

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced No.1 Site Manager to join a housebuilder with a strong reputation for quality and delivery. Having recently opened a new division, the business is going from strength to strength, with several brand-new developments scheduled to start this year and into next.

This role will see you take full responsibility for a new build residential scheme in Evesham, leading the project from groundworks through to handover.

Responsibilities:

• Taking overall responsibility for the successful delivery of the development on site.

• Managing subcontractors, trades, and direct labour to ensure works are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard.

• Driving quality and maintaining strong relationships with NHBC, building control, and other external stakeholders.

• Ensuring all health & safety, compliance, and company procedures are adhered to.

• Coordinating with technical, commercial, and sales teams to achieve project targets.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a No.1 Site Manager on new build timber frame housing developments.

• Strong leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to manage all aspects of a residential project.

• Excellent knowledge of NHBC standards and H&S regulations.

• Track record of delivering high-quality homes to programme.

• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications.
