Site Manager (No1)

Our client is seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to deliver a £650k office fit-out project in Northamptonshire.

You’ll be responsible for managing the full project life cycle, from client onboarding through to completion—including day two works and variations. This role requires a strong communicator with a proactive approach and a proven track record in D&B fit-out delivery.

Requirements:

• Experience delivering office fit-out projects independently
• Ability to manage client relationships, subcontractors, programme, and quality
• All relevant tickets: valid CSCS card, SMSTS, and First Aid certification

Immediate start available. Duration aligned to project programme with potential for follow-on work.
