Site Manager

Site manager ineeded n Maidstone (ME14) ,Kent

-250 per day.

We currently require a site manager to start a project in Maidstone on October 15th for 7 weeks initially.

For this project you will require a valid CSCS card, SMSTS, first aid and previous experience as a site manager on a fast paced site.

The project itself will be undertaking repairs on an existing building including repointing, roof repairs, masonry work and other carpentry based work.

Day to day you will be required to communicate with the sub contractors and main client insuring everything is running on time and all the necessary works are being carried out correctly.

The working hours are 7:30am-4:30pm and has a time frame of 7 weeks.
