Mechanical Site Manager (Fitout)

Artisan are looking for-a-experienced-Mechanical Site Manager-to oversee a commercial fitout projects in various-locations-in London.-The works involve the complete installation of HVAC systems on-offices, schools etc.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all on-site mechanical works, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring health and safety compliance, and delivering the project to the highest standards, on time and within budget.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, applicants must have:

• A-valid CSCS skills card-relevant to Mechanical Site Management

• A-valid SSSTS or SMSTS-qualification

• Proven experience-managing mechanical installations on commercial construction sites

• Checkable references-from similar roles

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all on-site mechanical works

• Coordinate and manage subcontractors and site staff

• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations

• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates

• Liaise with the main contractor, suppliers, and project stakeholders

• Maintain site records and manage documentation

Additional Information:

• Day Rate on an on going- position
