This small but ambitious construction management business has a track-record of handling -500k-3m luxury refurbishments in London''s most exclusive postcodes, and run by genuinely nice people who actually trust you to do your job. They''ve built their name on quality, honesty, and working with high-net-worth clients who (shock horror) appreciate straight talking.

The reality of the job (aka your day-to-day battles):
- Rounding up subcontractors who all claim they''ll be there first thing but appear closer to lunchtime.
- Keeping a programme on track when the client suddenly decides the bathroom has to be clad in a different stone (and it needs to be there tomorrow).
- Delivering finishes so sharp the interior designer can spot a hairline imperfection from 12 feet away.

What you''ll need:
- Solid experience running high-end resi projects in London.
- A calm head, thick skin, and dry humour to match the client''s wine cellar.
- SMSTS / CSCS / First Aid at Work, but your ability to think fast and keep things moving is what matters.
