Site Manager – High-End Residential
Location: South West London
Day Rate: £250 – £300 (CIS basis)

Are you an experienced Site Manager with a background in delivering high-end residential projects? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a design-led contractor delivering exceptional bespoke homes in South West London.

The Role: You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of luxury residential projects, ensuring they are delivered to the highest standards of quality, safety, and programme. Projects typically include new build and refurbishment schemes with complex detailing and bespoke finishes.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing all on-site activity and driving progress in line with programme.
• Managing subcontractors, trades, and suppliers to ensure seamless coordination.
• Ensuring the highest levels of workmanship and attention to detail.
• Maintaining strict site health & safety procedures and compliance.
• Liaising with senior management, consultants, and client representatives.
• Reporting on progress, challenges, and solutions.

Requirements:

• Proven track record delivering high-end residential projects (new build and/or refurbishment).
• Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Strong ability to manage and read construction programmes effectively.
• Exceptional eye for detail, particularly with finishes and architectural features.
• Valid SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS certifications.
• Experience with complex detailing, structural works, or basement construction is advantageous.
