Site Manager

CNX Recruitment is working with an established Joinery and Fit Out Contractor who work across the UK delivering office & retail fit out, extensions and refurb projects.

Our client is looking for an experienced Site Manager-to join the team based onsite Dunfermline.-You will have the responsibility of overseeing all trades/labour and will be involved with the project from inception to completion.

To be considered for this role, you will have the following;

• SMSTS
• CSCS (Black Card preferably),
• First Aid
• Joinery background

Previous refurbishment and-fit-out experience within the commercial sector would be preferred but our client will consider those with main contracting management experience.

This is a 5 week project minimum, starting 18th August.

The day rate is -25ph - -27ph depending on location.
