The Project:
We''re delivering a -600k traditional fit-out of a 16-room apart-hotel in Soho. The scheme involves a full upgrade of M&E, with works progressing at around 2-2.5 weeks per room. No external works are included.

The Role:
We''re seeking a proactive Site Manager with proven commercial fit-out experience (office, retail, shopfitting, or hospitality projects). You''ll take responsibility for day-to-day site operations, ensuring the programme runs smoothly and work is delivered to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee subcontractors and ensure works are completed on time and to specification.

• Manage M&E upgrade works alongside fit-out trades.

• Coordinate site logistics, materials, and room sequencing.

• Maintain site safety and quality standards.

• Report progress to the Project Manager.

Requirements:

• Strong background in commercial fit-out (office, retail, shopfitting, or hotel projects).

• Ability to drive the programme and keep works on track.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Proactive and hands-on approach.
